Add Craft Universal Item and make spell-storing caltrop d4s (like spell storing weapons). In offensive mode, use a spell like <i>poison</i>; in defensive mode [d4], use a buff spell to aid your roll! If you’re being chased by law enforcement of any kind, especially since they can easily follow you by helicopter, you’re going to be screwed…
