Play with your Food… Again!

I was browsing around through Flickr when I came across a couple of photos featuring food being used as D&D miniatures. If you recall, I’ve written a little post about Playing with your Food. However, the person went beyond just using plain candy. First of all, she used peeps. But it didn’t stop there. They were dressed up to look more like an adventuring party and a bunch of creatures!

Honestly, words alone cannot describe the awesomeness of these two photos. So here they are:

First, we have a close-up shot of the adventuring party, as well as a few monster’s they’re facing:

And here’s a shot of the entire grid, complete with a couple of slain creatures:

I just love the use of the little plastic weapons, as well as the toothpicks. I also love how the creator used different other sugary stuff with the peeps to make them more believable as miniatures. Definitely creative!

Have you seen any other really creative uses of food in a D&D adventure, or perhaps have come up with something yourself? Please leave a comment, and share with everyone! :)

That is so many different kinds of awesome. I think I like the frosting hats with stars for the spellcasters best. And blue for the PCs, chocolate for the enemy! But the blue bunny zombies are wickedly delicious too… D&D never tasted so good!
